Our Director Brian R. Morse-Glover MSWW has full membership of The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners, which is one of the largest professional bodies of its kind. All members are closely regulated and supported comprehensively by a robust legal department.
We are fully insured with Hiscox, with £2.5m Professional Indemnity and £1m Personal Liability cover.
How does the process work?
Most assignments are attended “in person”. Appointment times can be flexible. If necessary, appointments can be undertaken via Skype or telephone conversations, but our preference is for face-to-face communication wherever possible.
Assignments are targeted to be completed within 10 days (dependent upon complexity). Our fees are fair and realistic, with no VAT payable under current rules.
BRMG STAFF ASSURANCE
BRMG staff maintain an annual record of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) showing that they keep up-to-date with relevant private client matters. These include updates in legislation and case law. Overall, we adhere to The Society of Will Writers’ Member Principles to ensure clients know that their instructions are dealt with by a true specialist in this area .
